1. Are there room rentals and setup fees for The Glasshouse?

Yes, the room rental depends on the day and included the setup

2. Is it possible to have a ceremony onsite?

Yes, there is an additional flat fee of $1,500 for a ceremony with less than 200 attendees.
Over 200 attendees is an additional fee of $2,500.

3. Is the ceremony rehearsal included in your fees?

Yes, when you make your booking it comes with a one-hour rehearsal the week of the
wedding, limited to immediate family and bridal party

4. Am I required to use your vendors?

We have a preferred vendor list but we are not required to use our vendor.

5. Do I need a planner?

We suggest that you have a planner to ensure the event runs smoothly but it is not required.

6. Am I allowed to use an outside caterer?

Yes, If outside catering is preferred a fee of $1,500 or $10 per person, whichever is greater >

7. Can I bring my own wine or champagne?

Yes, there a courage fee of $25 per bottle.

8. Do you offer décor for my event?

Yes, we offer inhouse furniture that can be rented for an additional fee.

9. Are guests permitted to throw rice or confetti?

Yes, But confetti is limited inside only.

10. Our aisle runners allowed?

Yes, no additional fee!

11. When is the final payment due?

The final Payment / Remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date

12. What are the new COVID-19 standards for your facility at this time?

All staff is required to wear masks and gloves during events. We have installed additional
sanitation stations as well as an infrared thermometer to check employees. In action, we have
conducted a deep clean in our facility and increased our cleaning standards.
